Meet Natalija- Bridal Hair and Makeup Artist

Natalija was the very first artist I hired when I started my bridal business, and from day one, she set the bar sky-high. In the beginning, I remember wishing I could duplicate myself and find someone who shares my skill level, my love for people, and my passion for giving brides an amazing experience. She has been my right hand girl ever since. She has a gift for recreating any inspo photo she sees, she’s down to earth, professional, on time, and has the friendliest personality. With a rare combination of technical mastery, calm professionalism, and a fun, welcoming energy, Natalija instantly puts brides at ease and delivers stunning, camera-ready looks every time. Her consistency, eye for detail, and genuine care make her one of the most trusted and requested artists on the team. Naturally she was a part of my bridal beauty team for my own wedding when I got married.

Meet Maria- Bridal Hair and Makeup Artist I’ve found it’s actually quite rare to find someone who is SO good at both hair and makeup, like Natalija, and I couldn’t have been more grateful to connect with Maria. Ukrainian born, who came to America just her and her sweet little boy with a big dream. She has excelled in the beauty industry, always learning the latests techniques, training with top stylists in Europe and the Middle East and partnering with top brands from around the world. Multilingual and one of the hardest working ladies I know. She actually did my own hair for my wedding. Hollywood waves are her favorite style to do, although brides often say “how did you make my hair look even BETTER than my inspo pic”?? No matter down, up or somewhere in between, I think you will love her! She is trained in an Italian invisible hair extension technique (I see her every 12 weeks for mine, I’m obsessed). We have shared a salon studio together since 2021. She is super sweet, chill and sure to put you at ease for your big day. She also excels in cutting and various color techniques.

Meet Vira- Bridal Hair Artist Mom of 3 adorable littles, Vira’s work is flawless. Whether you love clean classic updos, voluminous styles, perfect waves, braids or something more vintage, I love Vira’s diversity in excelling with all hair types and hair textures. During the week she runs a licensed home studio in Brunswick where she does color, cuts and styles. She is also a total sweetheart.

Meet Lala Bridal Hairstylist/Multicultural/Editorial Stylist I met Lala (Shelesta) back in 2014, when we worked at a salon together on Chagrin Blvd. She had been doing hair at the time for many years already and I admired her beautiful updo styles. I was newer at the time, and she always encouraged me not to give up, to never stop practicing, know my worth, and stay away from boys I knew were no good for me hahaha. Licensed cosmetologist, multicultural hairstylist and bridal stylist for over 20 years, she has also worked within fashion and editorial. Lala is a great listener, raw, authentic, honest and real. I always love seeing all the pretty styles she creates. She has always been so professional, reliable, hard working, and works quick too for big bridal parties with early start times. It’s been such a joy to work with her through the years, and love our long country drives and chit chats.

Meet Mariana Bridal Makeup Artist Mariana loves to travel and take masterclasses from artists all over the world, blending traditional slavic makeup styles with modern techniques. She is incredibly gifted in both natural glam and full glam. Whether she is adding a touch of elegance and glow, she especially loves creating flawless, luminous skin, and winged eyeliner catered to your eye shape. She has trained with Ukraine’s top tier makeup artists and brow specialists. She is certified in the art of brow correction, tinting, and lamination. 10 years and counting beauty pro, she believes attention to detail, listening to clients needs, ongoing education and building trust with clients has been some of her keys to success. She believes beauty is not external, but rather she loves making girls feel confident and empowered from the inside and out. Meet Iryna Bridal Makeup Artist If you love an angelic (think victorias secret vibes) makeup look, Iryna is your girl. With over a decade of experience, she has done my own makeup for some of my most special life events. She is sweet and peaceful as can be. She loves classic, clean and modern makeup looks, but also does a killer smokey eye full glam look too. She has trained at top European makeup academy’s, learning techniques, tips and tricks from a wide variety of beauty and fashion. She loves luxury makeup, and you will feel like a princess getting the best of the best treatment, and skin loving ingredients. She is also amazing at hair although makeup is her true passion, she’s always happy to step in and help me curl prep when needed. She has been in the US for 7 years, Mom of 3 sweet littles, she amazes me at how gracefully she manages it all.

Alyssa Dotson | Master Stylist, Educator & Bridal Beauty Expert

I started my journey in the beauty industry at 16 years old, apprenticing under a celebrity makeup artist while still a cosmetology student. By 17, I earned my license and quickly worked my way up to becoming a master stylist at every salon I worked in.

In 2016, I founded Hair & Makeup Cleveland, a luxury bridal beauty team that has since become Ohio’s premier bridal hair and makeup agency. I also co-own a salon in Broadview Heights, where I work alongside an incredible team of independent master stylists. Beyond the salon, I travel across the U.S. for weddings, photoshoots, and education—teaching styling, makeup, cutting, and business to fellow artists.

Most days, you’ll find me glamming my clients, or mentoring artists. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, traveling the world, getting lost in a good book, serving at my church, and savoring the beauty of God’s creation.
